The Bedouin, who is known from the book by Saint-Exupery, is standing frozen in amazement in front of a waterfall. Anyone like him who is from the desert believes that the frivolous squandering of such a precious resource as water must soon end. However, the end does not seem to be coming. The Estonians, already for several thousands of years have been admiring the waterfalls of their country. Nothing is known of the time when these beautiful displays began; neither is there any true reference to their end.
